How do you send your photos?
When placing your order, you upload your photo directly from the product configuration. We accept JPG, PNG, and phone photos. The clearer and better lit the photo, the more accurate the figurine will be.
How many revisions can be requested on the preview?
As much as you like – it's unlimited. We don't produce anything until you are 100% satisfied with the digital preview. That's our commitment.
What are the deadlines?
Preview received within 2 to 5 business days after photo submission. Production and delivery within 8 to 16 days after approval. Express delivery available upon request.
What if the figurine doesn't look like me when I receive it?
That won't happen – that's precisely the role of the preview. You validate the result before we produce it. If, despite everything, something doesn't suit you, our customer service will find a solution.
What sizes do you offer?
Several sizes depending on the offers: from 8in (desk size) up to large sizes (15in+) for a statement effect. Prices vary according to size and number of people.
Can we order for an animal?
